My experience in the playtest was that VIEW and INVESTIGATE on a marker
gave exactly the same information. For instance I got this report when
viewing a marker:

--- Event #1660 ----------------------------------------
    Prisca Cotton (c6972) observed the following information.

Spectre Ceremony (m6224), marker in 3/28.

Feature:        Spectre Ceremony (q8578)

You are invited to upgrade your status through a ceremony.
