UPDATE: Euro/Web-Grognards (15/9/95) From: A.Poulter@lut.ac.uk (Alan Poulter) Date: Fri, 15 Sep 1995 00:00:00 +0000 Hi, A list of new links and files on Euro/Web-Grognards follows. Each file has its location and name for anonymous FTP from Euro-Grognards. On Web-Grognards follow the 'new' icons with your browser. For access details see below. The Challenge: Amazingly, Dick Vohlers guessed quite quickly the highly obscure game 'Craonne' from the Book of Sandhurst Wargames. I did wonder whether this book had been published worldwide but I saw some postings on rec.games.board relating to it and so considered a game from it a fair Challenge. Dick now has three correct guesses, as does Randy Moorehead. Robert Lindsay also correctly identified this game. A new Challenge awaits. Availability: I have turned on upload access on Euro-Grognards. FTP to pc-lsx129.lut.ac.uk, and login as 'grognard', with the password 'grognard'. I am now back in the office so the PC server should be ok during the week. Tech stuff: I have added access by email and telnet instructions. People have told me email access works (albeit slowly).
