I haven't, but just wondering. In the last game of SNII I played with RTG, they weren't available. I haven't checked what PBM express has done about them, but they've made other modifications to the game, so I'd expect they would have toned down seekers if they're still available at all. The power seekers used to have was starting the game with second generation jump drives, which take everyone else around a year to develop.
