Err... Actually, I'd say that isn't too much of a problem. I'll admit
I've never visited Faery or the Cloudlands (hence a misstatement I made a
week or so ago about Clay Pots), but I have found sources for Weather
Magic, Scrying, and Necromancy. Artifact Construction I haven't looked
for, but I'm sure it will be just as hard as the others to learn. As you
say, the challenge is in finding ways around these restrictions. I just
had to add that they aren't so all-restrictive as it might sound.
