So, you should be able to raze roads just like you can other
	structures.  I don't think a huge improvement in speed is necessary,
	but I think it should be able to be attained.

Of course the more people who use a road (armies) the faster it
	should need repairing...

I don't think the argument about fast transport via roads really holds as
	flying/teleport which is what the large factions seem to use will always
	be faster, putting in roads helps everyone.
