Hmmmm.... except that by making hidden locations more difficult to
find it woudl increase the
the advantages of those people that cleaned the unhidden locations
out at the start of the game while decreasing the chances of playing
"catch up" by engaging in the more difficult task (but one which is
not impossible) of cleaning out the hidden location.

The more I think about it, sequential ordering should _ONLY_ be done
away with if hidden locations become more "valuable" than the
unhidden ones.  If not the case, than the early vacuum strategy
becomes even more profitable and game distorting, putting those that
start late or initially ingoring beastmastery at a big
disadvantage.
