I have a good working arrangement with the AOO BV> which they have never broken. By virtue of controlling the entrance, the AOO has a 'lock' on the cloudlands. As far as your 'open access policy' goes, I would say that it will last as long as the Chateau lets it. For instance, somehow I think the AOO would be reluctant to allow Seline your much-vaunted 'free passage' to the cloudlands, seeing as how they are currently chasing her all around the Chateau.
