[PBEM News] Playtesters wanted for short adventures, 3,5 rules.

I'm looking for players willing to test out a series of short
adventures.

Setting: World of Conclave (see http://www.creativeconclave.co.uk for
more). High fantasy in a land of spirits, rigid bureaucracy, cultural
unrest and strange races.

Characters:
25 point standard buy
Core classes only (although Unearthed Arcana variants on the SRD may
be used).
2nd level
900gp to spend on gear (again, anything in SRD is allowed).
Core spells and feats only.
Any core race allowed, although the World of Conclave proper only has
humans from the core books. In this instance I'll allow elves,
dwarves etc.  If you want to play a Conclave non-human race there are
details for the salsham'ai Tree Folk on the website above.

Premise:
Saffron Crocus District has been thrown into disarray by two events.
A Green Wanderer, a veritable walking mountain of animated earth and
vegetation (some say a great Earth Spirit servant of the Divine
Minister of Verdant Abundance), has been sighted striding across the
countryside, and it seems only a matter of time before its path takes
it through settlements.  To compound matters, bandits are following in
the wake of the Wanderer, looting and pillaging abandoned homesteads.

Saffron Crocus is far from the administrative centres of the Empire of
Splendour, and the local authority, Magister Ten, is finding his
resources stretched. Whilst his soldiers concentrate on evacuating
people from the path of the Wanderer, he looks for mercenary help to
deal with the bandits.

I'm not looking for enormously in-depth characterisation for this, as
the scenarios are designed more for an evening's distraction.
