It compiled after a few minor changes under DJGPP (GCC ported to
DOS). But please remember that Atlantis is best when a lot of people
are playing. Two people announced their intentions of starting an
Atlantis 1.0 game soon, and another person has emailed me. I think
it'd be best, if only ONE new game started up (until 200 or 300 people
have joined). This way ressources could be coordinated better, because
there'll be listservers to install, accounts to be found etc., and in
order to stop the new Atlantis from beeing stillborn, we should all
try and get one game going for at least two years, instead of seeing
three or four shootings stars come falling down after a few weeks.

My Atlantis game doesn't count, as it's in German, so I won't be
taking any players away from another Atlantis Host, but all you guys
out there thinking about announcing a new game, remember that hosting
requires time, patience, hard work and persistence!
