AHA Ive found that to open 3.0 you need to use the shell,  but when I try to
save it tells me that my disk is full, and when I converted the old map I
had, it erased all the treeain and to ld me that my disk was full. ( I have
16 megs left should be no problem)

I didn't write the converter. I've never got it running myself so I
can't say that I'm surprised.
When I converted from 2.0 to 3.0 I just parsed all my all reports
and my newest CCC map, that way I had roughly the same info
in the new map as in the old one.

The bottom line is; you can't use your old map if you decide to use 3.0
instead of 2.0.
