Galaxy TV 3.0 is here!

Yes folks I finally finished updating Galaxy TV.  New goodies include:-

1)      Support for fleet ordering and reporting
2)      Various bugfixes.
3)      Error report for NO UNDERLINES.

I still haven't fixed the battle simulator :-(

Its likely that this will be the last release for 16-bit windows by me.
I have moved the code to WindowsNT/95 and am adding new features which
are only supported by 32-bit Windows.  I program Galaxy TV to learn about
new software tools and Win32 and Windows95 are the next ones on my list.
 Sorry to all Windows 3.x users :-(.
