With regard to Geoff's alleged statement that stealing another factions'
report was grounds for being booted from the game: I believe he did say so.
Note, however, that you CC'd your message requesting clarification to
game20@atlantis.rahul.net, which is the address for orders and times
submission, and is processed automatically.  I don't know whether Geoff
ever reads it.  The address you should use to talk to Geoff is:

admin20@atlantis.rahul.net

Considering that Geoff does not read the players' list, he is probably
unaware of the entire controversy.
