The Taiwan, a warrior race , determined to conquer the Universe founded 8 colonies on the Toka-I in the Ara-Jen system (REMARK: This maybe one of the reasons why the Urr believe the number 8 is special and is used in many legends and stories to express �all� like the 7 in the humans culture ) and equipped them well with weapons and technology. It is believed, Ara-Jen should have become one of the major military bases of the Taiwan Empire. For this reason most of the personal stationed there where warriors. This took place more than 60.000 standard years ago. At this time, the exact date is unknown, the Taiwan get into conflict to the Patriarchs, an old and very powerful race, which has disappeared within the last 50.000 years. The Patriarchs sent 3 of their major warmachines, the Singers Alpha, Beta and Gamma in the Gondrill system. This planet sized object, each of them equipped with enough weapons to destroy a planet, wiped out the whole system and crushed all planets, moons and other objects in Gondrill. The Taiwan race was wiped out in one attack. The Singer's Attack The remaining Taiwan in Ara-Jen where shocked when they realized what happened to their homesystem. But after this shock, each of the 8 colony leaders claimed to be the new Kahn of the Taiwan race. Of course the other colony leader rejected this demand and claimed the title for themselves and so, only one year later all 8 colonies were in a war against each other on the planets surface of Toka-I. This war continued for more than 174 years then it had to stop because all parties where total exhausted. More than 40 percent of all Taiwan died in this war, most of the knowledge of the former generation was lost, the spaceships were destroyed. A dark age had begun for the Taiwan ... The Dark Age The next 50.000 years Toka-I remained in chaos. The eight former colonies had founded their own colonies and settlements all over the planet. In the year -864, Toka-I had 14 major cities and many hundred villages. Most of them were in war to some of the other cities. As a result of these never ending wars, murder and destruction, the Taiwan were not able to reach a higher cultural standard than the middle age on earth in the human history . Whenever one city was able to get stronger, to rediscover some of the secrets of their ancient ancestors the other cities came together to attack and destroyed this potential threat. During these 50.000 years the Taiwan had transformed . Because of the higher graviton on Toka-I, the Taiwan who called themselves now Urr ( transl. : Survivors ), were smaller but more muscular than their Taiwan ancestors. The Life of Rakkarat It was in this year, -864, when Rakkarat was born. He was the son of an important clan chief who ruled over on of the major cities and a couple of smaller villages in the north west of the eastern continent ( sec. 37 and 48 on the map ). This mountain land is wild and harsh. The Urr who live there were called highlanders, they were hard people and feared warriors. When Rakkarat claimed the leadership of the clan in the year - 531, he begun his first war. He attacked the major city in the south ( sec. 61 ) and conquered the whole land in 3 years. When he came back, he was a young warrior and it was time for him to marry. The country next to Rakkarat�s was the desert ( sec. 49 ) controlled by the old Zarus who had no son but a daughter old enough to become married. Rakkarat did not hesitate and married the young clan princess Zurry. Now, Rakkarat was only 37 years old, he controlled the whole west of the continent. In the next 102 years of his leadership, Rakkarat leaded 12 campaign expeditions against his neighbors in the east. He conquered 34 villages and the whole middle east ( sec. 50 and 62 ). But Rakkarat had one major problem, he had no son of his own who would take over the leadership of the clan after his dead. None of his 7 daughters would have been recognized as clan leader by the soldiers or the other clan lords. When Rakkarat was 112 years old his second wife, the young princess Sari became pregnant and in the year -452 Kales was born. The Life of Kales Kales was the most important leader in the Urr history. When he claimed the leadership of his clan he was only 23 standard years old, more a Urr teenager than a man and many of the clan lords supported his claim because they believed Kales would not be strong enough the rule his fathers heritage and the empire of Rakkarat would all apart. But Kales had a brilliant mind , he quickly realized the major problems in his fathers country. The military was in fact nothing more but a band of men who plundered and burned everything they could get their hands on. They had no discipline or military organization, in most cases the so called army was more a mercenary unit than a regular army in the common sense. Kales who knew a lot about the Taiwan and their principles did not hesitate on day. His first action as new Clanlord was the military reform. The soldiers became replaced by warriors who were hard trained specialists in combat, military tactics and use of weapons. He organized the Army in Claws ( 28 Warriors ) , Masterclaws ( 10 Claws ), Grandclaw ( 10 Masterclaws ), Strikeclaw ( 8 Grandclaws ) and he developed the military ranks system. He also ordered to write down the first written law and a founded the first University in the Urr history. It is believed by many historians that Kales had found and ancient library of the Taiwan in the desert of sec. 49 . 7 years later, Kales was now undisputed leader of his Clan and started his campaign to conquer the continent. He had the military genius of his father but he had also the only modern and efficient army on the planet .In only 5 years he succeeded were his father Rakkarat failed in 102 years. He conquered the eastern continent. But he did not burn the conquered cities and slaved their inhabitants. On the contrary, he included them into his empire by granting them tax releases. -422 Kales was the most powerful Urr Clanlord on the planet and he ordered his engineers to built vessels and warships. Only 4 years later he conquered the eastern island ( sec. 65 and 77 ). In the same year Kales founded 3 new Universities and began to reorganize the Urr society by founding the Insek Jin. Because of the many countries Kales had conquered he needed a modern and efficient government and a team of advisors. For this reason he formed the Insek Jin and asked 12 well known and famous warriors to become the first members of the Insek Jin. Kales did not limit the number of members in the Insek Jin to 8, this was introduced more than 300 years later by Supreme Warlord Zurrkan Topir who was a unpopular leader. To weaken the opposition within the Urr Empire he limited the number of members to 8 and nominated 7 friends of him for the membership in the Insek Jin. Back to Kales. He was still a young warrior when he married in the year -416 Polina Xuur, the daughter of a smaller Clan on the western continent . One year later his first son Ischar Chrom was born. Kales was clever enough to realize that his country and his people needed peace now. For this reason he stooped all military actions for the next 20 years but never gave up his major plan, to union the planet under his leadership. In this 20 years, Kales wrote down the principles of the warrior, Honor and duty , organized the bureaucracy new, founded social security services for the poor, founded the first armed Strikeclaw and supported science by founding new Universities and schools. In the year -298, the 4 major Clanlords of the western continent, who feared to power of Kales murdered Polinas father . Kales sward revenge and leaded all by himself his army to the western continent, there he fought against the union of the 4 Clans for more than 7 years, then the 4 Clanlords where beaten and the rest of the continent surrendered to Kales. Only 3 years later also the western island surrendered to Kales and recognized him as the only leader of the Urr and Toka-I. Kales was wise enough not to take revenge and called some of his former enemies into the Insek Jin. In the year -380 to - 362, the Insek Jin had 23 members. During this time, Kales ordered the construction of major industries based on the technical reports of the Taiwan. He modernized the whole planet and leaded his people into a new age of technics and industry. Kales was now 90 years old when he had to face his most dangerous enemy , the Krakke ! No body knew were this creature has come from but it lived on the planet Toka-I for many 1000 years. It claimed to be a god and it demanded offerings from the Urr people. Food, gemstones, slaves and much more. If the people of a village did not pay this tribute the creature destroyed their houses and irritations, calling it the revenge of the goddess. In the year -361 when Kales was 91 years old he ordered the Krakke to leave the planet or to stop to blackmail his people. He made a speech and told everyone the Krakke was nothing more but a alien species from an other solar system and he wrote down the two fundamental laws for the Urr society ... * There should never be a war between Urr. * The Urr are atheistic. This was a open challenge of Kales against the power of Krakke and the creature asked Kales to fight with him. Kales 91 years old took again the colors of the warrior and together with his best warriors and most deadliest weapons he met Krakke in the Durr Valley. The battle was hard and Kales became wounded, but he did not surrender. He fought wild and determined and at the end of the day Krakke the self claimed god of the Urr was dead . Kales lost a lot of blood and many of his friends feared he would die but he survived and when he came home to the capital the Urr people celebrated him as Kales norr Urr ( trans : Kales, father of the Urr ). The next 27 years, Kales remained leader of the Urr. He was the most popular leader in the Urr history and he was still making plan for the future, to improve the live quality of the Urr and to increase the power of the Empire. A few years before he died he ordered to begin the space flight project. He did not live long enough to see the results of this program because he died in the year -334 at the age of 118 standard years. The Urr lost the greatest leader they ever had. But Kales heritage is everywhere in the Urr life and society. The fundamentals of the UC ( Urr Consulate ) and the UN ( Urr Nation ) are the laws and the principles Kales had given to the Urr. Even today, 495 year after Kales death Urr warriors have to obey the laws of duty and honor Kales had given to the warriors and when a Urr warrior goes into a battle he calls then name of Kales to make sure he is watching his combat. It is believed among the Urr that Kales is watching all warriors and the brave one will meet him after their death. There is also an old oracle about Kales and his comeback to the Urr people when the end of the universe is near. This old oracle describes the final attack of the dark side ( the evil ) and Kales fight to ban the darkness. It has never been found out who had written this oracle and who the dark side is but is shows us in a perfect way the strong influence of Kales to the modern Urr . This is the text of the old oracle about Kales and his comeback : When the time has come, the darkness will come over the Universe The powerful will fall, the stars will darken The governments will loose control and even the strongest warriors will have to hide On all worlds the darkness will rule, millions of beings will be slaved and the need will be everywhere ... Then Kales will come back, his claws will be sharp 8 heroes of 8 Clans will follow him and 8 heroes of 8 worlds will join him and say You are Kales, the first Warrior The Warlord of the Warlords, the Supreme Warlord of the Urr let us follow your flag in the war against the darkness Then from everywhere warriors will come to join Kales , and Kales will lead them into the final battle against the dark side All warriors will be frightened but Kales will order the Attack Each of the warriors on Kales side will fight like 8 and the dark side will fail Kales will bring the light back to the universe and the darkness will be banned forever . The Urr Consulate (UC) 7 years after Kales death, his son Kulos ruled the Urr, the first Urr satellite was launched. But Kulos did rule for a long time, he died at the age of 98 on an hearth attack. Kulos had no children. Many members claimed the leadership of the Insek Jin and the title Supreme Warlord but none of the candidates were strong enough to remain in this top position for more than 1 year. This age, known a the Stagnation no major progress in technology has been made. -319 Zuscha claimed the leadership of the Insek Jin and he was the first real leader since the death of Kulos. He died -255 , his successor was Taapir a strong Warlord from the eastern island. Taapir was a perfect warrior but he did not understand anything about politics. Of course he won all his challenges with easy but he hardly could stop the new conflicts among the clans. His own brother Iorry murdered him and became Supreme Warlord but he did not rule for long. Only 7 years later he was also murdered and the Urr had no Supreme Warlord again. For more than 100 years again the Urr were without leader again than Zurrkaan Topir became Supreme Warlord. He suppressed the opposition violent and murdered many of them. He also limited the number of members in the Insek Jin to 8 and eliminated all smaller fractions in the Urr politics out of the Insek Jin . He was cruel but he was also the Urr who ordered to start the old space flight project of Kales again. 40 Years later the first colony on Toka-II has been found and it was named Kales City. A few years before Zurrkan Topir died he reorganized the Urr people into the UC. Because it has become impossible to control the Urr people as long the lived all over the planet he order all Urr to go into the new Expeditions and he became the first leader of the Urr Consulate ( UC ). The exact date of the birth of the UC is not known because most of the documents of this age are lost. The Path to the Stars The next centuries the Urr increased their knowledge on space flight slowly due to lack of money and powerful characters who supported the program . It was in the year +136 when the Urr met an alien race, the humans and the Urr decided the increase the number of their space ships to protect their independence. The further contacts between Urr and humans resulted in rising tensions and only a few years later the first human Urr war had began. In the next quarter of this century the human and the Urr race fought out several military conflicts but none of them were strong enough to defeat the other one. The Regime of SWLD Kren Greyclaw In the year 159 Kren Greyclaw, member of the Greyclaw Clan became member of the Insek Jin. Quickly he got power over the Supreme Warlord, the old Zadock Whitefang and convinced him to replace the former members of the Insek Jin. Zadock Withfang agreed and Kren Greyclaw brought the numbr of six allies of him in the Insek Jin and in high governmental positions. Most of the former Insek Jin members were in the Rimgard Sector and searched for a new homeworld of the Urr because the ore qualities in Ara-Jen were running down. After the negotiated with the last survivors of the destroyed DD in Yule the Urr got the permission to take over the Yule System and all equipment in the System . Also more than 150.000 Rikel and 120.000 Dentrity agreed to join the UC and were ready to support the rebuilt of the system in the name of the Urr. But when the Urr came back, most of them were members of the Clans Doom , Eitzen, Starwarrior and Patach the found what happened in Ara-Jen but it was too late to make corrections. After a long time Zadock Withfang granted them an audience, in vain the former Insek Jin members demanded an explanation but instead of Zadock Withfang it was Kren Greyclaw who answered and he informed them, that he would do this to win back the honor of the Urr. And for this reason he would have to begin a major war against the Grand Allegiance, an allegiance of FI ( First Imperium ), EM ( East India Mercants ), SO ( Storm Opportunities ) and BN ( B�Norg ). Reezak Eitzen and his diplomatic adviser Elwe Singolo tried to explain Kren Greyclaw that the UC forces would be outnumbered 7 to 1 if they would enter into this war. But this attempt and several later ones to change the mind of the new government failed . The Way to Separation Hannibal Dyke and his adopted son Hamil Kar Dyke formed the first opposition against the Greyclaw Regime which governed the UC with absolute power. Step by step many well known warriors like ReezArrk EihZen of the Eitzen Clan joined his fraction and together they started to make planes to get as much Urr as possible out of the hopeless war only began by Kren Greyclaw to win honor for himself. They ordered their DD and RT ally in Yule to increase to tempo of the rebuilt of the infrastructure and negotiated with the BN to get 320.000 Urr hostages out of BN\E Leper Colony but they did not sent the Urr back to Ara-Jen, they ordered the BN to transfer the Urr to Yule. In an first step they sent also more than 10.000 Urr from Ara-Jen to Yule where they would be saver. In the meantime the group negotiated with their friends of the SO not to enter into this war. The Greyclaw Regime was already informed about the negotiations but at 05-159 UC ships attacked and destroyed several SO ships in Glade. The Founding of the Urr Nation (UN) This was the last straw. The liberal fraction around ReezArrk EihZen and Hannibal Dyke were frustrated by all the humiliations the Greyclaw Regime had done to them but the attack against their friends after Kren Greyclaw personal had promised to stop all attacks as long as the peace negotiations would run was too much. The 4 Clans Eitzen, Starwarrior, Doom and Patach left the UC and founded the Urr Nation ( UN ) and elected ReezArrk EihZen as their first Supreme Warlord. More than 600.000 Urr, 320.000 in Yule and 270.000 in Ara-Jen were ready to join the UN after they were not longer satisfied with the government of the UC. At the same time Kren Greyclaw became elected as new Supreme Warlord, Zadock Withfang who ruled the UC for many years got the command over one of the smaller defensive expeditions on Toka-I. Kren Greyclaws first step was it to attack the remaining UN expedition in Ara-Jen were 275.000 Urr, Humans and Gridan waited for their transport to Yule. The Urr Warrior in the UN\E Tangorodrim fought furiously but had no real chance to survive outnumber 10 to 1. 270.000 Urr died in this battle and Kales first fundamental law, no war among Urr any more had been broken by Kren Greyclaw. In the same days also the UN Valarauka a cargo hauler had been destroyed in Ara-Jen. Only the warship UN Hanno under the command of Hannibal Dyke survived the attack and escaped heavily damaged after the battle on the ground of Toka-I was lost. The UN were shocked but went on to form a new Urr allegiance based on the principles given by Kales. As a reaction of the dictatorship of Kren Greyclaw it was the first decisions of the UN to put all power to the Insek Jin. The first decision of the Insek Jin was to allow more than 8 members in the Insek Jin. Everyone who has shown his loyalty to the UN and who is a warrior is allowed to join the Insek Jin. So, many ship captains, city and expedition managers, more than 8 became members of the Insek Jin and all decisions has to be made democratic. The UC is in the biggest war of the Urr history now. Never before has been so much warriors, tanks and so huge ships fought in one war.
