Greetings and thank you for the response.  Currently, the game is postal mail
only, though you can submit turn entry by fax or email (all turn results sent
to you are paper only at this time).  We are looking to have a full email
version of the game by late next year.

We are planning on running the game worldwide, so please email us your postal
address and we will send a free start-up kit to you.
