PBeM AD&D game starting

I am looking for 3 fantasy role players to participate in the AD&D PBEM game
I will be DMing. The game will be played in english. The scenario
is situated in the year 1327 A.D. in northern Italy.
-Players must be able to check their mail once a day.
-General knowledge of this historical era is an asset for it will enhance
role playing.
-Hack and sackers please abstain from applying.
-Human characters are easier to fit in. Characters with pointed ears and such
have greater difficulty escaping the Inquisition.

The mission.
-You will be part of a team of 4.
-PCs must work together closely: there will be more than enough adversity
from the plot. Adversity within the party members would most probably sabotage
the delicate mission.
-The PCs dispose of 30 days to solve a murder mystery before the
inquisition arrives. The success of a historical diplomatic mission is at stake.
-Sordid deaths have occured and the cause is yet unknown.
Why and how have these deaths occured? More importantly,
who will be the next victims?!
