The game rules and a sampler GUI display and turn entering program are available for download from the anonymous ftp server listed below. One game is currently running, Game 6 (14 day turns), Game 7 (7 day turns), has been completed. A new playtest (7 day turns) will be starting in the next 3 weeks, starting from the beginning of a game. This playtest will be using the new Windows Turn Display program, current in test. Playtesters for this playtest are now being sought, players will need access to a PC with Windows 3.1 or 3.11, and about 4 megabytes of free hard disk space. Please note that the Windows Display program is not available on the FTP server yet. If after having read the rules you wish to participate in the free playtest send an email to gsf@ftech.net with JOIN PLAYTEST in the subject line, stating in the body of the email if you wish to play by email or ftp server.
