No way.  That sort of informal alliance is just part of the game.  If
someone is so untrustworthy that he is treacherous in every game he
plays, then he can count on having a hard time finding allies in future
games.  That's the drawback to playing that way, and the
treacherous player should expect that sort of consequence.
Being aware of a player's unique strengths and weaknesses from
previous games is not the same as cross-gaming.  Also,presumably you
would still attack your previous ally in a new game, if it were
strategically the correct thing for you to do to win the game.  That's
not the same as getting together with someone ahead of time and deciding
to take everyone else out of the game, then declare yourselves
co-winners.
