Monster Island: Need Temple & Far Structure Locations

Hi,

I've been out of Monster Island for about a year and a half, and I just
decided to get back into it.  Unfortunately, I've lost a lot of my old
info, including most of my map info.

Amongst this stuff was a listing of locations of many, many Far Posts, Far
Inns, Far Forges, and Temples of all three Gods.  I'd been using this to
plot my course as I traveled along the Island, and now I can't find it.

Does anyone have a list of these structures?  I know the location of the
last FI and FP visited relative to my current location (that info is on my
turn printout), so I can translate from any other coordinate system to my
own if either the Cracked Skull FI or Faslon's FP is on it.
