From: Nacho Mas <imas@enano.etsit.upm.es> Date: Wed, 17 Apr 1996 00:00:00 +0000 Hi, fellow players: I've got a question regarding the combat algorithm that is killing me: When you attack a pop. center without any army on it, do you have to count the troop tactic modifier in the army modifier (thus dividing training, weapon, terrain and troop tactic by four), or just the first three modifiers (dividing then by three)?
