Even if I could reach 200+ challenge I wouldn't fight with a dragon...

Dark Servant armies with dragons tend to be small (not always, but in cases like
Witch King or Dragon Lord it works). Because of this, I would say that the most
effective tactic would be creating many medium-size armies (1000-1500 people in
them) enough to crush the dark army (the dragon doesn't affect to constitution) in
only one battle round instead of an only huge army. You'll lose your army anyway,
but he loses his army and his dragon and you'll keep one or two more armys in the
area.
