I have an email address for them <alamaze@aol.com> and even a snail-mail address, and while I've queryed both several times, I've only gotten a single reply from the email address. Alamaze was a really hot game a few years ago, and a friend used to play and loved it, but he complained of Pegasus's poor customer service. Can this still be true? I wonder how they can stay in business if they won't respond to prospective customers. Anyone with any info on Alamaze or Pegasus is invited to reply to <jellicle@inch.com> or just post.
