It has ONLY 1 RULEBOOK -- not 100 like SFB (well, slightly exaggerated). It uses most of the ships from SFB, but a computer takes care of all the tactical combat for you, so that you can have fleets of up to 200 ships (imagine trying to control this many at once under the SFB system!).
