Galaxy New Game Signup - Limited Players
                               A Few Facts:

* 1 Turn Per Day
         * Traditional Galaxy v3.55 with a few twists and removals of
                                  information.
     * Limited information reports will not show everything in Traditional
                                     Galaxy
     * Game Start: Every player is different, # planets, tech, population,
                               size, everything.
             * Peace levels set for all players at the beginning.
     * This is a test game that may prolong. I'm working to cooperate with
       the Galaxy PBeM Development Group to incorporate logical structural
                                    changes.
      * Reports must be gzipped and uuencoded. (I can help MSDOS/WINDOWS
         NETSCAPE people by sending gzip, or find a copy for yourself)
     * Turn reports or orders won't be split into several files, sent nor
      received. (You must be able to handle large single file mail reports
                                and send orders)
     * Turn checking is unavailable (but it's still standard Galaxy 3.55)
          * Orders must be in by 3 AM EST (East Coast United States)
        * Race Name must be 8 characters or less with no spaces in it.
