I've been sending in turns for one or two games more or less continuously for
about two years now.  I have never once had a turn fail to run because GSI
didn't receive it.  I can only recall one time when there was a transmission
error sufficiently serious to affect the outcome of an order; fortunately it
was not a crucial order.  Nor have I heard any other player complain of a
turn timely sent in via email which did not run.

I have heard many complaints about faxes which did not arrive or could not be
read by GSI.  I have also heard of mailed-in turns arriving too late even when
mailed in what seemed to be plenty of time.

I conclude the email is the most reliable way to submit turns.

Of course, others may have had different experiences ...
