Funny, all these three things are EXACTLY what gets detailed in
the message.

Not only is it yet another variant on the most common scam in the
world (which somehow continues to net in new fish each time)...  It's
an internally inconsistent one!

: "POST" a message on a newsgroup asking how to post a file, tell them
: who your Internet provider is and PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS BE GLAD TO
: HELP.

I don't whether to laugh or cry about this last part.
