Players take the part of street gangs, competing for control of areas of the city - while crime is the easiest method of advancement at first, there are many different options later on; setting up businesses and factories, raising armies and so on. There's also the separate reality of cyberspace to be fought over. A vast variety of different skills, info sheets and items are available - powerful weaponry, vehicles, high-tech equipment, bio-chips, smart drugs, android warriors, mutations, psychic powers and magic. Characters are defined in a highly detailed and innovative manner by the game system, each having a unique personality, description and skills.
