Im looking for well I don't know I'll see how many people I get and I'll have about 20 planets for player. The server I'll be using is a slight variation to GALAXY its called GALAXY G which allows me to run the server on my pc. The turns will be runs 3 times a week Mon, Wed, Fri for about the first 7-10 turns and then relax to 2 turns aweek or 1 if people prefer it.
