Water Wars version 3 (beta test) is about to begin and I'm looking
for interested players. Closing date 9pm, 24th November 96 GMT.

It is free.

However, to weed out no-shows, drop-outs and malcontents there
is a multi-choice quiz on the rules which you will have to
complete to play.

Description:
   Water Wars is a PBEM game where players are in control of minor
kingdoms in a virtual world. Through clever use of you resources
you will build your kingdom in an attempt at global water monopoly
or world domination.
   Hexes can be raised and lowered to flood or dry your neighbours.
Nets can be laid in the water to catch fish. Crops can be planted to
get food. Missiles can be launched at other players to destroy their
structures. Villages and observation posts let you explore the world.
Villages give you tasks.
