There is scope for diplomacy, tactics and intrigue. Players control a team of spies who move around Europe collecting vital secrets, shadowing, encountering, co-operating or confronting other spies. There is provision for player co-operation (players recieve Email addressess of opponents.) The player with the most points after turn 14 wins.
