Basic tactics, etc. I read through the help files, but wasn't impressed. For example, once you research a new technology, how do you use the tech kits? How does a colony mine resources? What are good ways to grow your empire? One very particular question. When using a transport in colonization, It seems you need to load the transport with colonists in one turn, then colonize the following turn.
