Xarian Adventures: 2 Openings (Special)

Xarian Adventures, an open ended, fantasy genre, narrative style PBM
game is currently looking for two new players to assume the roleplaying
of some characters that have recently been abandoned. These characters
are part of a larger group and so it is in the best interest of that
group to find replacements as soon as possible for the lost players.
True North Gaming is hereby offering to waive the normal set-up charges
for anyone wishing to take over the characters described below. The two
positions will be filled on a first-come-first served basis. The new
players will receive an �Introduction to Xarian Adventures� booklet, a
�Players Handbook�, and a vocation specific handbook in addition to an
introductory turn describing where the character has been and what he
has done up to this point.

Assuming these positions are both filled normal turn charges would range
from $7.25 Canadian to as low as $2.18 Canadian (about $5.45 US to $1.64
US) depending upon how many characters are active in a given turn.

The group these characters belong to has a turn deadline once every 3
weeks. True North Gaming can accept turns by email as well as by snail
mail.

Cordon of Kol is a 30 year old Trader of Olmian extraction. As such he
has white hair and blue eyes as most of his people do. He keeps his hair
shortly cropped and moderately well groomed. He is of average frame
standing 1.8 Lengths tall and weighing 153 hefts. He is not
unintelligent and has a fairly athletic physique. He is inquisitive,
coordinated, and imaginative. He is not particularly intuitive or agile.
Cordon has the ability to craft weapons & armour and can engage in
unarmed combat having been schooled in that art from an early age. He
carries a hammer  He recently purchased a scroll containing Detect,
Fireball, and Glow spells. He has no armour. Cordon is a complex
individual. He is cautious, sensitive to others, frugal, honourable,
egotistical, somewhat guarded, and very unforgiving if wronged. He has
no religious proclivities. Cordon can read and write in his native
tongue.

Koranon is a 43 year old Armswielder of Olmian extraction. He has white
hair and blue eyes as do most of his people. His hair is long and
reasonably well groomed. He is of average frame standing 1.7 Lengths
tall and weighing 151 hefts. He is not particularly bright but has an
excellent physique and a fierce determination. He is agile, coordinated,
and strong. He is not particularly inquisitive or imaginative. He has
the ability to befriend animals & train them to perform �tricks� and can
engage in unarmed combat having been schooled in that art from an early
age. He carries a medium sword and is double specialized in its use
giving him formidable skills with it. He has a ringmail hauberk which
covers his upper body. Koranon is brave, generally indifferent to
others, generous, honourable, proud, somewhat guarded, and unforgiving
when wronged. He is a follower of Oshnol. Koranon can read and write in
his native tongue.
