Postal rules?

I've just started a sub-zine in a popular PBM zine (Crossing the Rubicon by
Jamie McQuinn).  I'm interested in running a number of different games but,
since I have limited prior postal play experience, I don't have postal rules
for any of them.  I'm more than willing to write my own, of course, but I also
don't want to reinvent the wheel.  So, I'm looking for suggestions as to where
I can get postal rules.  Ideally, there would be one or more central
repositories, like the Diplomacy hobby's variant banks.  More specifically,
however, I'm looking for postal rules, if they already exist, for the following
games:

Settlers of Catan
Wooden Ships & Iron Men
18XX
Ace of Aces
Acquire
Kingmaker
Empire Builder
New World
RoboRally
Manhattan
History of the World
Junta
Shanghai Trader
The Keep
Set
Kwaz

If you know where I can find a copy of postal rules for these games, please let
me know.  If you yourself have postal rules for any of these games, I'd
appreciate a copy.  If they're not in electronic format, I'll happily pay
copying and postage costs.
