                             ADDS NEW GAMES

Three new PBeM games are starting up at the Phoenyx.

Rising Sun is a quasi-historical game inspired by the old feudal
  Japan of popular chambara movies. In the sprawling, late C17th port
  of Osaka, the masks of deceit and treachery embroil an entire city.
  Plots and counterplots abound; loyalties change more rapidly than the
  tide; and revenge is legally sanctioned.  So, who will you hire your
  sword out to?  Rising Sun is a FUDGE game run by Dorian Davis
  (tanuki@takamori.southern.co.nz), co-author of the upcoming _Sengoku_
  from Gold Rush Games.  List Name:  rising-sun-l, Samurai Japan PBeM
  RPG.

"c4" - Champions Covert Operations: Super-powered terrorists. Organized
  crime backed by metahuman thugs. Secret conspiracies. Someone's got to
  stop them... c4 is an organization, outside normal government, dedicated
  to taking care of these and other threats, by taking to the very shadows
  that they are hiding in and forcing them out. c4 is a Champions game
  run by Christopher Maikisch (nixxxon@scn.org).  List Name:  c4-L,
  Covert Super-Heroes PBeM RPG.

Reft Sector Islands takes place in a small collection of planets in a
  corner of space.  This group of planets is called "The Islands."  The
  major empires that are nearby are at such a distance that contact is
  rarely made.  Therefore, the empires and societies that exist in The
  Islands are basically concerned with only themselves; young and wrought
  with conflict between the small, and sometimes petty, empires and
  worlds.  The Islands are rich with possibilities of adventure for the
  mercenaries and travelers that dwell there.  Reft Sector Islands is a
  Traveller game run by Frank Wallen (mrdim@excell.net).  List name:
