All players should have received their initial turn reports by now. If
anybody of the GC15 players reads this posting and has not received
his turn report, he should contact me.

Turn processing will take place once a week, on Wednesday, starting on
19.02.97. The command files have to be at gcserver@zardoz.ping.de
until 6:00pm CET (=Central European Time).

All new Galactic Conqueror players shouldn't hesitate to ask if there
are any questions concerning the rules.

One word about the GC-Mailserver: don't expect quick answers because
I only process incoming mail about 2 or 3 times per day.
