Watch out for the Woodside "Literary Agency"

Pardon me for intruding,  but the notorious Woodside guy spammed your
group last night:

Don't even THINK of sending anything to this "literary agency" before

Just one general moral of the story: If you want to be a writer, you
should NEVER have to pay an agent or publisher for any reason.
Legitimate publishers pay you, legitimate agents take a percentage ONLY
when and if your book sells.
