Description:

City States features 3 types of military units based on the ancient
Greek model: peltasts, hoplites, and cavalry. They can be supplied
with armour, and may be either indigenous or mercenary. The map is
of an imaginary continent that is divided into 25 countries, 21
player controlled, and 4 non-player controlled.  Victory goes to the
first player to capture and hold 5 countries. Economic/production
elements of the game include: citizen & slave populations, food, ore,
armour, wood, horses, and gold.
