The Hyborian War Enthusiasts Page, at

has a section called "Spotlight on Hyboria," in which tips for winning
as a specific kingdom are presented.  So far, I have seen Uttara Kuru
and Vanaheim presented.  The "Hyborian Personalities" section also
includes interviews with players.

John Holt's page, at

includes a link to an archive of correspondence that he has had with
players.  Much of the info is on Argos, but you can find good nuggets of
stuff here (http://www.netis.com/johnh/hw/hwqa.htm)
