Hello.

I am soon starting a debating PBM. The idea is that I take 12 people
and we debate a topic over a week. It's all done by eMail. I will
choose the topic (which will be of relevance) and each week the 'job's
will rotate. 4 people will argue the case while 8 people 'view' the
debate by eMail also.

The system I devised was that there are 2 players for each 'team',
were the teams can work together or alone to debat the topic.. One of
the teams will always be FOR or AGAINST. I will decided who. What then
happens is everyone mails in there views on the topic before (YES or
NO), we count them and then after the two sides have had their say I
recount the groups and the largest swing to the other side wins. It's
simple, fun, and each debate is done over a week. All you need to do
is be able to be dedicated to it.

Of coarse, a draw and another RECOUNT could happen.
