This, folks, is brilliance at rest.  Some of us HAVE read the entire
string, Mr. Lindahl, and find you no more enlightened now - despite the
OVERWHELMING support of reasonable and inobtrusive adverts - than you
appeared to be from the start.  I'm embarrassed for you, for you seem not
to know to be embarrassed for yourself.

After reading this string in its entirety, I am left with the impression
that the ng's self-appointed guardian of good taste is trying VERY hard to
assert his authority... not falling short of making threats (neener,
neener, I'll tell on you!).  I respectfully submit that respect is earned
through judgement, good taste, and a fundamental respect...which does not
include cheap shots and sniping at those who post.

Also, I have yet to see any evidence of the "silent masses" who are so
vehemently defended by said ng god.  What I see is every attempt at
reasoning to find concensus.  My vote is for the draft, little good may it
do us.
