I've been in two 4th age games.  First game, I got my second choice for
location.  Second game I'm SK, so no choice on location.

A recent (like 3 months ago) "Mouth of Sauron" had a list of some 4th
age data.  The list was real short though.  This Info can be found at
ftp://ftp.chara.gsu.edu/mouth.  I'm sorry to see the loss of this great
MEPBM source.

Secondary powers appear to be completely random.  Only
Name/Allegiance/Known Powers appear to be linked.

Sorry I couldn't provide more.  Perhaps I'll try to pull togeather a
more complete list.
