Galaxy PBW is about to be released !!!

Hello Dear Reader !!!

Be informed about ongoing development of the Galaxy PBW computer moderated
free strategic turn based game.

Galaxy PBW is an implementation of the Galaxy Blind by Howard Bampton
ajusted for playing on-line through the WWW. It features graphical client,
100% precise forecasts, API for writing bot's and rating systems,
extensibilty to Galaxy clones other than Galaxy Blind....

Galaxy PBW is non-profit project, anyone is encouraged to participate in...
Source code of the Galaxy PBW server is planned to be made available under
GPL terms.

Currently there is a working on-line demo of Galaxy PBW, it's one player you
may play with yourself for two Galaxy races - "turning the board". To run
the demo you have to have jdk 1.1 compatible WWW browser (currently HotJava
only). Otherwise you can have a look at the screen shots...

First test games will start soon after Netscape and MSIE will start to
support jdk 1.1 fully.
