No.  That was nowhere near the point of the post.  The point
was that the game benefits the player in question could have
obtained through his actions were near to neglible.  Thus the
motivation to harass people by spamming probably did not come
through the reward.  My point was that he probably would have
had more motivation if the reward were a free turn per
recruit.  KP
