Has anybody ever worked up a matrix of threaten percentages? Comparing the various factors, primarilly commander rank, and number of troops, vs popcen size, forts, and loyalty? Short of that, compiling anecdotal information would give a rough idea of the odds... Also, I have a similar curiosity about double agenting. It seems a fairly underused defense vs agent assault with big potential gains since the 500 emmy orders come before the 600 agent orders. For example, how good of an emmy do I need to be successful vs a 60pt enemy agent who's nation hates mine. Also, will an enemy army commander commander/agent who is my double agent accept an order to assault my popcen or will he disobey it? Any experiences with this would be cool to hear about.
