Does anyone know of a PBEM toolkit for designing boards, pieces, gamesheets, gamelogs, random elements, tables and finally compressing them all into a "PBEM-able" file? I'm thinkiing of writing such a thing in TCL/TK or VB -- but not if it's already been done.
