I proclaim myself to be the KING of dragon encounters with emissaries who
don't really need to meet dragons, if you get my drift.  Anyways.... At full
health (GOTTA BE AT FULL OR YOU ARE DEAD) Meek has gotten me through 7 dragon
encounters with 1 health remaining.  It has never failed, nor has it done less
than 99 damage to me.  All characters were emissaries (of varying ranks) which
may be a partial reason why none have ever become an after dinner mint.  Hope
