It's a BBS based Mail football game. There's 100 slots to be filled, so if you're quick you'll get in. As posts are only taken via my board, so I guess only locals may be interested in playing. At the moment ALL game turns and matches are done the old fashioned way (ie. by hand and real dice). This means that you will get a VERY rich set of reports from myself. I will be writing the software to take over basic tasks as the game develops. Doing the proggy this way ensures that the programme will conform to the game and not the other way around. The Midnight Talker Fantastic Football is a highly realistic management simulation and boasts so many features I can't list them all. Here is a small sample of the great features. Match highlights for every-single match. Two posting channels on the BBS, one for team managers (and lurkers) AND one for private turn moves postings to me. The managers can do just about anything, as long as both parties agree, fix matches, bribe refs, hire scouts, buy, sell and loan players. Realistic newspaper reports detailing player/manager activities. Each team will play around 2 matches per week. The list goes on and on...... The only major rules of the game are these; You MUST send at least one move posting and manager chat posting per week. You MUST not send turn postings in the manager chat conference.
