No experience or knowledge of the game systems are required, any air wargaming experience is a plus. A phased initiative system call for pilot's to submit their movement orders approximately twice per week. Quick reference sheets, Aircraft Data Cards and on the job training are provided. A pdf "game map" file is distributed periodically depicting the combatants. Pilots who survive gain experience, improve their skills and pursue the coveted ace status.
