With this message I would like to announce availability of Galaxy PBW games at http://galaxy.fzu.cz/ . Currently, there are two games opened for online registration. They differ in the turns frequency : one is blitz 5 turn per week, and another is a "normal" one with 3 turns per week. The rules we use are from Galaxy Blind 2.45. To play Galaxy PBW one needs at least dial-up connection to the internet and JDK compatible WWW browser(such as Netscape Communicator 4.04 with JDK 1.1 patch). It is also possible to play using SUN's JRE or SUN's java activator software. It is recommended to run the Galaxy PBW demo ( accessible from http://galaxy.fzu.cz/ ) before registration, to ensure Your browser is compatible. Diplomatic letters can be written through WWW. The language for diplomacy is English. Galaxy PBW is still in beta testing stage, although was proven by test games to be stable enough to play. Visit http://galaxy.fzu.cz/ for more information...
