"mySQL" is a real SQL database that integrates well with perl ... in
fact,
the interface routines are now a standard part of the perl distribution.
I use it for the PBeM Announcement engine at my web site and haven't
had any problems with it. [knockonwood] ... I'm an extreme novice at
SQL, yet the perl examples on the the web got me going with it in a
matter
of days. Highly recommended ...
