I already know about Stars!, Stellar Empires III, VGA Planets, and XPace (in alphabetical order to avoid unwarranted flames). I also know of one other under developement, Stellar Conquest (I think) but it is unavailable at this time. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
